Private tuition is for anyone who wants to take advantage of an entirely bespoke programme personally tailored to meet your needs.
Whether you are looking to enhance your current fitness programme, are new to Pilates, or you are are suffering from pain or discomfort, recovering from injury, illness or child-birth, I can design a plan that works especially for you.
Following an initial fitness screening/assessment, I will use the information gathered to put together a workout programme aimed at meeting your fitness goals, including correcting postural imbalances, achieving core strength and tone in the body.
New exercises will be layered into every class so you will always be building on what you have learnt and will continually progress and develop through the exercises.
£35 – 45-minute initial assessment/fitness screening (individual)
£50 – One hour private tuition session (one-to-one)
£70 – One hour private tuition session (two to four people)
Cancellation policy: Please note that in the event of a late cancellation (within 24 hours) or in the event of a ‘no show’ a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged.
